I enjoy writing articles for both print and online publications. I also love to try new things in the kitchen, devour a good book, stay in shape, and spend time with my kiddos.
I have a degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. I'm also certified to teach Spanish to foreigners, and have attended Mexican Universities (UNAM and UDLA) for a total of three semesters. I'm fluent in Spanish, but prefer to write in English.
I've lived in Mexico for the last decade. My husband is a Lutheran missionary here, and both of our girls were born in Mexico. Our family loves to travel, explore, and hang out.
